Staff
the hotel staff has undergone specialized training to ensure knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols to avoid the possibility of contagion. We combine prevention with a strategy of continuous monitoring of the state of health of the hotel staff, for the maximum serenity of the team and guests.
Arrivals and departures
in order to avoid overcrowding we have changed the arrival and departure times. We ask arriving guests to communicate their arrival time while on the day of departure to vacate the rooms and take their luggage away from the hotel by 10.00.
Reception
the Plexiglas placed at the reception avoids the possibility of contagion despite failure to respect the safety distances during check-in and check-out operations
Disinfection
we remind customers that in compliance with the provisions dictated by the health emergency, the physical distance that must exist between strangers and towards staff is at least one meter. To this end, we have redistributed the tables in the restaurant rooms and the furnishings in all the common areas. During the cleaning of the rooms, the guest must not be present.
Lift
the use will be regulated in order to ensure the physical distance that must exist between strangers and towards the staff, will be allowed to one person at a time or for guests staying in the same room.

Catering
The service has undergone necessary adjustments, but the quality of our proposals will not vary. Each course will be served at the table and will preserve the quality of the gourmet dishes unaltered from our kitchen. The buffet service has been eliminated as per regional directive
Support
In case of need or the occurrence of fever or flu-like symptoms, customers are asked not to leave their room and to contact the reception staff by telephone (dial 60 from the telephone in your room). The management will promptly inform the competent local health authority.
